The term ANDON comes directly from Japan and indicates an ancient type of lantern made of paper. Today it is increasingly used in industrial production to indicate an information LED panel that allows direct and immediate visual control of the production process.
Our LED display boards for production monitoring allow for quick and immediate statistical control of the activity and production efficiency of a processing line. The advanced features and internet connectivity - as required by Industry 4.0 - of our panels make monitoring the production of a workstation, a production line or an entire plant accessible through any device connected to the network. Access to the panels via their integrated web server makes it possible both to monitor progress, processing times, the duration and times of machine downtimes or recorded anomalies, and to set the result objectives for each station.
The thickness of only 22mm and their reliability make our displays unique and highly appreciated for their design. The standard sizes vary from a minimum of 394x234x22mm to a maximum of 1834x1834x22mm. The body of the panels is made of anodized aluminum or stainless steel and ABS and is resistant to exposure to atmospheric agents and UV rays. Installation can take place indoors or outdoors (degree of protection: IP54).
Rounded ABS edges, with no sharp edges, ensure that our panels can be installed in any work environment.
For our displays, we only choose high-brightness, low-consumption, high-reliability LEDs that allow unparalleled readability and durability.
The height of the characters can be chosen between 35mm and 480mm to display legible writings from any distance.
Handling and functions vary from model to model.
Everything can be customised: the dimensions of the panel, the fixing method, the height of the digits, their colour, the input signals, the data to be displayed, the reading distance, the statistical functions.
An integrated webserver control system allows remote monitoring of the entire production line, its real-time efficiency and stored statistical data.

The initial number of processed pieces and the target to be achieved are set using the infrared remote control. The number of processed pieces is increased by means of the clean contact input. The display constantly shows these values in order to immediately check the progress of each workstation. - PANELS WITH REMOTE MANAGEMENT THROUGH INTEGRATED WEB SERVER
They constantly display the number of pieces produced and the target to be achieved. The number of pieces produced is increased by the closure of a clean contact input or a button. Possibly additional clean contact inputs can display alarm messages relating to machining anomalies or machine stops.
Through the connection to the integrated web server (LAN or WiFi) it is possible to set production objectives and monitor progress, average processing times, times and durations of machine downtimes, the occurrence of processing anomalies.
