LED process displays

The MSR series products are LED process indicators with analog or digital input. They are characterized by large displays, suitable for being installed in any type of environment and for being read from a great distance.

Their thickness of only 22mm makes them unique and highly appreciated for their design. The standard sizes vary from a minimum of 394x234x22mm to a maximum of 1834x714x22mm. The body of the panels is made of anodized aluminum or stainless steel and ABS and is resistant to exposure to atmospheric agents and UV rays. Installation can take place indoors or outdoors (degree of protection: IP54).

The brightness of our displays and the high contrast given by the absence of front plexiglass guarantee unparalleled readability and durability.

• 4-20mA DISPLAY
  The LED displays with 4-20mA current input (current loop) can be connected directly to industrial transducers with current output or to the analog outputs of the PLCs. The range of values displayed on the LED panel is set using an IR remote control by specifying the value to be displayed for I=Imin=4mA and that for I=Imax=20mA.
  
  
• 0-10V DISPLAYS
  The LED displays with 0-10V voltage input can be connected directly to industrial transducers with voltage output or to the analog outputs of PLCs. The range of values displayed on the LED panel is set using an IR remote control by specifying the value to be displayed for V=Vmin=0V and that for V=Vmax=10V.
  
  
• TTL DISPLAY
  A TTL signal (0-5V) can be connected directly to these LED panels to measure their frequency, period or duty-cycle.
  
  
• PROCESS DISPLAY WITH PROBE
  These process indicators display the quantities measured by an external probe. They can measure temperature [°C], pressure [mbar], relative humidity [RH%], CO2 concentration [%CO2], methane concentration [%CH4] and others on request.
